Cyclone Debbie - Office Update

As most of our clients are aware our office has been shut since 27 March 2017 as a result of Cyclone Debbie which hit the Whitsundays on 28 March 2017.

Significant damage was suffered by households and businesses and in relation to Leader Group, the office is still running on generator power but unfortunately has no phones or internet services as these were provided through the NBN network which requires power to operate.

Today we have temporarily connected alternate internet services however Ergon's advice is that mains power and NBN will not be reinstalled until Monday 10 April 2017.

With the temporary internet we are now able to receive your emails and these will be dealt with in the next few days with a view to reopening the office fully from Monday 10 April 2017.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these disruptions however these technical difficulties were unavoidable following the cyclone damage.

We appreciate your patience in this ongoing saga and we assure all of our clients that outstanding matters will be cleared up as soon as possible and we look forward to your continued support and working with you into the future.

As the phones will not be working until Monday, if there is any urgent matters please contact Graham on his mobile 0418 773 518.
